Two weeks to go..

OH MY!!
It is only two weeks away from my resit exam where they decide whether I can go back to Glasgow or not.
Even though I admitted that  dont really like that place but somehow when I'm in Malaysia, I miss it.
Two more weeks to go. I have to be tough!! ><

Ssstress!!

My final exam coming in three weeks and basically i know nothing yet.

This is the first time i able to force myself wake up from my bed before 1 o'clock,

because my essay which going to due tomorrow still half way.

Anyways, i think everyone will stress throughout their life, 

no matter like those working, those footballers, artists and etc.

So why not we just do our best and enjoy the progress?

Week 6

This is my sixth week of my semester 4. I have been so lazy these days, must catch up with lots of studies and revision. Then, class test and assignment due on monday! Gambateh!!

1st extemporaneous product in uni life

After a few session of introduction about pharmacy practice on how to label, how to read a prescription, how to calculate the dose to be given and how to weigh correctly. Finally we have a chance to start the exciting part of the practical by making our own medicine this week. Yes, this is an individual work which means you can do whatever you like on your own for your medication.

We have a prescription from the doctor, (is a fake one of course) then have to start calculate the correct dose to be given and later check by our supervisor followed by start making the medicine. For the first practical, we are given to make a suspension and a cream.

#1 The cream, start mixing the aqueous cream (the white one) with the icthanammol (the brown one) through serial dilution method. 

After mixing throughly, we have to label the content then place it into an amber bottle. This is how the final product looks like. Tadaah!!

Then, the suspension, it smells like cough syrup because they used the same flavouring agent, raspberry syrup. And it is in pink due to the colouring agent, amaranth syrup. This is how it looks like.

Above are what i did for the first day, then second day are are supposed to make a solution and a powder like medicine. Didn't get to take a solution photo since the solution does not looks interesting at all, it is in transparent so it looks exactly like plain water. =.=

So basically this is what we did throughout the practical for this week. Next week having mock test, hope i know how to do ba. :3

2/14

This is my second week in semester 4. I can only comment that this semester is ... We are quite free and relaxing till today and it will ends on this coming friday which means we got somehow 2weeks of extend holidays after my semester break. I totally dislike the way how IMU administration arrange our timetable, being so freely this 2weeks then make us suffer the coming week. I guess IMU got not enough lecture halls and lecturers. Hope the coming week I won't stress till o.O

P.S: I have been having insomnia for this few days. Felt so awake in the late midnight and can't sleep throughout the night until the clock shown 4 or 5 in the morning. I think probably because my body alarm clock was spoil, must try to cure it before it goes worst.

End of Semester 3

At last, here comes the end of semester 3 when I received my EOS result officially from Ms.Noorul, my semester 3 coordinator. Serious to say, I really felt like riding a roller coaster since last night due to the coming day when the result is going to be release on the day itself at 4pm. This was the first time I am so scared for the result because I know I didn’t do well in my Biopharmacy paper.

Pei Ling and I met up before the result release as we planned to go university together. We were early, is only 3:35 in the afternoon, we are 25minutes earlier! God knows, why we are so early! We are too nervous I guess. When my watch pointing the 4pm, we rush to the counter and ask for our result. *just can’t wait for another second because I afraid it will cause a heart attack if we wait for any longer. =x

Yes, at last the result is on our hands! Pei Ling and I decided to open on behalf of each other, and yeah we both got a big capital letter, P which stands for PASSED for each subjects!! Yahoo!! I can’t imagine I passed my sem 3. LOL. I am quite satisfied with my own result as all my subject got above 60 except my Foundation Pharmacy. (The only subject that do not have examination and needs a report and a presentation, and yet I did badly, this shows why I’m an A-Level student instead of SAM *blushing~)

We have collected ours, but… We have to collect on behalf our friends, Chrystal, Suit Won and Alson because they are not around in KL currently. We only manage to collect Chrystal’s one due to some stupid management problem. They should have informed us earlier about the procedures that have amended compared to the last semester so that we still manage to help them collect their results. Seriously, BEH TAHAN!!! >< But luckily in the end, others that couldn’t get their result from us manage to get theirs online few hours later. And among all the people I met and heard, all of them got passed! Happy :D

I shall meet my all batch mates in the next semester. One more semester to go before MQs leave~ Gogogo!!

Study Break

While what I have been doing in end of February and early of March is just study, study and study. This time a bit different with last semester because I have someone who willing to spend his precious time study with me. Of course I have to say thank you to my BFFs, Chrystal and Pei Ling including Alson for doing revision together with me till late night.

Malaysian Studies Project, ONE MALAYSIA

What: P110 Malaysian Studies Project

I believe most of the Malaysian students had taken their Malaysian Studies during their Pre-U. Ya, I’m of them but unfortunately I have to take it again since it is a compulsory subject for pharmacy students in IMU no matter you done yours or not. However, I had enjoyed myself learning all the Malaysia histories again with our lecturer, Mrs. Phoon. Mrs. Phoon, she is really a nice and great lecturer, making all of her lectures also filled with laughter and enjoyment.

She had assigned us a project to pass this subject. And my class chose to have a presentation to all students in IMU about all the different states in Malaysia. Not only introducing the dull histories, we also presenting the different lifestyles in different states, different food which is popular and also the attracting places can be found in every state. Each of us is told to be wear in tradition costume to show ONE Malaysia.

End of P111 Orientation

Last day of orientation,

eventhough my group Walao 8 didnt get into any of the top 3 list but yet we got the most creative name award.

I hope all my juniors enjoy this orientation and enjoy their life in IMU. 

It is tiring but i know we do had fun!!

*having flu,cough and fever as the result of getting too hyper during the orientation!! =.= somehow, i hope members in Walao 8 remember the time we have been through for this 2 weeks. : )

P111- First Day

Here comes the cohort of P111.
First day meeting up them at Chancellor Hall,
cannot believe I actually attending it as a senior, yes SENIORS. *it sounds so old*
I tried to become one of the spy among them but it failed.
Failed as in I tempt to be too talkative, giving out too much opinion which doesn't act like a junior. LOL.
But if i sitting there and be quiet i think our group will be the last group settling down.
Since i'm the oo (orientation officer) of my group, i have to encourage those juniors to speak and give out suggestions.
At last, we come out our group's name with BETTER THAN YOU which sounds great and cool!
My group is good so far, even though some of them seem to be so quiet but this is only the first day, i don't expect much from them.
But i have a feeling, they going to turn rock in these few days.
I just can't wait!! Here I come orientation!! Wohoo!!

My second home

Another day long in my second home till late.
Sometimes I'm afraid while walking to car park hill this late, I know it's dangerous!

12 hours

Another 12hours stuck in IMU.

From 9am to 10pm, it's a disaster.  :P

Fell so tired and dizzy.

I just wanted to work hard for my future but it is not as easy as I thought of.

God can You give me the ability to remember everything after my first view on it?

I need that ability to pass my exam!! That’s just too much to remember isn’t it?

Finger crossed

I have been practicing my piano for the last three hours after my lectures.

And I realized I shown no improvement at all this week.

I don't even have a mood to write out a melody of a song.

Perhaps Max do not go crazy after he knew it.

It’s a tiring week but life still goes on, time flies, no one waiting for you,

so what can I do?

Bacteria, fungi, viruses, drug receptors and etc so many things to learn.

Oh god!

Malaysian studies need to do project instead of debate after the discussion in our class. :x

Myself preferred debate because we can't just simply do debate do public speaking in university and now we have a chance to do so but too bad la the majority won. T.T

Hope the coming 2 days will be a better day!

R.E.S.U.L.T

Yes result is coming out today at 4pm. God bless me with a PASS. J I am quite happy and satisfied as I think I have a little improvement compared to last semester. It is out of expectation. Whee~~ Good Good and Happiee Happiee!!

Now, what I have to face is my MUET. No more failing please, I just need a band score of 4. I just done my speaking test this morning, I hope the examiners can be more linear and perhaps I can do it. Gambateh!!

I’m ALIVE

The feelings are great when I went out from the Chancellor Hall this morning.
I think I did my best for the last minute study, the result is either good or bad also I will accept the fact.
*My dear English, Bioscience and Physiology papers, please sang sang seng seng so that your owner, ME can pass!!*
Yes, boys and girls, my final exam for semester 2 is officially end when the clock pointed at double 1 this morning.
The long study break and the short exam duration came to an end.
My honeymoon semester ends, unable to imagine how busy or suffering when I got into semester 3.
Now let’s just Eat, Play, Sleep.

Objective part is the tough one.
I just use my not really good hand gun to shoot it, hope that it will be fine.

My outing straight after my class at 1245pm, rush to the Sunway Pyramid after the P111's Orientation Officer meeting. Same group with Jeremy Loo and Jia Jia for the next orientation, and i suddenly realised, i missed out my buddy Mieh Yu. == But since the group has already been comfirm so just nevermind la. I believe SJK is a great oo team. xD Im glad that i chosen oo instead of game master, if not probably i have to stay back for the whole friday in uni to have meeting with the BODs.

This is im not late as the time watching The Back Up Plan, i reached 10minutes earlier though. Hehe. But still so sorry to Zheng they all for waiting me so long. Sumimasei. This time we watch Triple Tap, a movie cast by Louis Koo, Daniel Wu, Charlene Choi and Li BingBing. Louis Koo is so super cool in the movie but this time he is the bad guy while Daniel Wu is the good one. Haha. While im watching the trailer, i thought Daniel Wu is the bad one. == Charlene Choi looks so pretty in this movie, how can guys not be in love on her? Cannot believe that she is married.

However, this movie is a bit disappointing. It's not good as what im expected. The excited gun shot scene is only took about 15 to 20 minutes in the whole movie. Like what Chen said, this movie more like a detective movie than a shooting movie. Im agree! Lol. The movie overall rating is 6.2 from my point of view. Not bad tough, can go to have a look.

I realised these days im so addicted to go to the movie threater, i just simply love movie, don't you? <3

After our not so shiok shooting movie, we decided to have a shiok one ourselves. Left 4 Dead 2's time!! I am the one suggesting, what to do, Chen they all so free, so will accompany me la. Thanks guys! We played for about 2 hours plus, thanks alot to the guys that do not mind my lousy skill. We still able to win with 4 survivals for advanced level with the noob, me. See how pro they are.

Who: Amrit, Sean Chee and Sze Yee

When Amrit and I first arrived, people is already shouting "GOAL!". Yes, Brazil score 1. Sad. I support Holland because it's one of the Europe country. I know it's a lousy reason. Haha. Sean and Sze Yee left first, because Sean wanted to play pool with my dearest twin. So left me and Amrit, then Vincent said he is coming with Joyce after first half. It starts raining when the first half going to end, so we decided to go back my house which is only less than 5 minutes drive from Ajimal, still can cope with the second half. Hehe.

I saw my coursemates at Ajimal too, but i didnt go forward to say hi cause people pai seh ma, but i do text one of them! =)

Vincent and Joyce able to join us after few minutes the match get started. Joyce bet Brazil will win with Amrit and she is the only one support Brazil in my house. ( Mummy, June, Amrit, Vincent and I support Holland)  After the football match, we start our mahjong session. Forest is back during our played, we sing Birthday song to her since it's 3rd of July. (Another post about how we celebrate her birthday later) Get to eat Indulgence cake from her friends after the birthday song. Then, Jason and Sean joined us after their pool. Try to imagine Amrit is teaching Sean how to read the 东南西北 on the mahjong tiles, a non chinese teaching a chinese how to read chinese! Amrit is now so pro in mahjong already. Haha.

Unbelievable! We went back the same mamak stall to watch the 2:30am match. What can i said? Ask to study then no time and tired, when ask to play can stay up so late. Im a failure! Amrit have to be naked as he said he will do so if Ghanna lose. Poor Amrit. == So after the match, all of them went home, Amrit went home after the 90minutes match because he scared his mum will call him for not at home at 5am plus. We are just a bit crazy.

There go my Friday and Saturday morning, sleep!
